An employer of a domestic worker is a person who employs someone who is
considered a domestic worker, with the condition that the work connection between them continued or has continued for more than six days, even if the domestic worker worked intermittently during that period.
Examples:
- Dalia employed Ruthie from Sunday to Thursday that week only - Dalia is not considered an employer, because the relationship with Ruthie lasted only 5 days.
- Batya employs Sarah every Monday - Batya is considered an employer because she has a long-term relationship with Sarah.
